Take Alum and make it's edges smooth by rubbing on a rough Surface. Then rub it gently on your skin. Do this for five minutes, and leave it on for another ten. Wash your face with chilled water.Try this tip every day for a month and you will see the difference.
Dark Circles
Soak 250 Gms of almonds overnight. Peel and grind them on next morning. Mix one tablespoon of this paste with three drops of lemon juice and place it on the eyes for half an hour. The remaining paste can be refrigerated to be used on subsequent days. Do this daily.
Sparkling Teeth
Put one pinch of baking powder on the squeezed half of the lemon and rub it on your teeth for a minute or two. Then brush your teeth normally. Repeat this once a week and you will have sparkling white teeth. It is very good for smokers!
Getting rid of blackheads
To get rid of blackheads mix a teaspoon of almond powder, half a teaspoon of sandalwood powder, and 1 tablespoon each of ground dried pea powder, chickpea flour, yeast and masoor (red lentil) powder. Then add egg yolk, honey, yogurt and as much milk as required. Apply this paste on the face then wait for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off with water.
Dry skin with pigmentation or freckles
If your skin shows signs of sun damage mix 1-tablespoon buttermilk and ╜ tablespoon honey. To this add enough almond powder to make a paste. Apply on the effected area and then rinse off with Luke warm water when semi-dry. Take care not to scrub too much on the pigmented area as it could spread resulting in a chronic problem. Radish is an effective whitener but it is too strong for dry skin. Mix it with a little avocado or half a capsule of vitamin E oil to make it tolerable.

Summer weather can dry out your hair so make sure to condition the ends well after every shampoo. Use olive oil on the ends with a plastic bag covering the ends; tie with a rubber band. Leave on overnight, then shampoo in the morning.
Milk bath for your feet
Warm 3 cups whole milk. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup coarse salt and 1/3 cup olive oil. Soak feet in milk for 10 minutes, then rinse. Scrub feet with salt-oil mixture. Rinse and apply moisturizer and thick socks to seal in the softness.

Saturate a washcloth in one quart warm (not hot) chamomile tea. Press cloth over face, flooding skin with liquid; hold against skin for five seconds. Rinse cloth, restaurate and repeat two more times. Finish by gently patting face with a clean, dry towel.

Saturate a black tea bag with warm water. Press over clean lips for 5 minutes. Repeat if desired. Black tea is high in tannic acid which retains moisture and keeps lips smooth and taut.
Foot refresher
After soaking feet in warm water, massage feet with a mixture of 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1 tablespoon crushed dried peppermint. Remove with a warm, damp washcloth.
